Jelila, top international healer, explains how physical ailments are really caused by emotions that you couldn't accept, events that overwhelmed you, past trauma that you couldn't deal with, and negative belief patterns that put you on a treadmill, or create self-destructive behaviours.

When you can't process such things emotionally through your energy and chakra system, because you are not using an open-mouthed breath, in and out through the mouth, then the discomfort has no way to be expressed but through your body - and so it comes out there, as 'illness'.

When you can access, and change, and accept the emotions and experiences that occurred, then they can be processed and released - by your chakra system - and your body no longer needs to express that discomfort. It takes some time after your session for the physical change to come into place, because the physical world works more slowly and is denser, than your feelings.
