In this meditation journey, as a 'story' is suggested to you, and you are encouraged to fill in the details by just allowing them to show up in whatever way they do show up for you, you may gain some intriguing new perspectives, and some transformation, in how you present reality to yourself - helping with your confidence and positive outlook.
No experience or ability to 'visualise' is necessary - just experience it in your own way. If your way of processing information is through feeling,or auditory, rather than visual - that's fine! You'll just hear or feel or know your way through it. Just allow it to be however it shows up.
Also, please know that whatever imagery, feelings, impressions, sounds, etc. come up - they are all coming - from you! So don't get hung up on worrying that 'you are just thinking it'. It really doesn't matter - the journey is going to help you, anyway!
