This creative visualisation meditation is one that I created years ago, and very often use with my clients, to create a sense of safety within. It also helps you with boundaries and relationships.
The meditation guides you to discover a house, which has different rooms for different parts of yourself, especially for the inner child - a part that can often feel stateless, homeless, lost.
You are guided to transform and change the rooms in the house in any way that you want, and you may find that as you redesign these areas within yourself, that the positive effects are felt in your real life.
In this way Inner Child's House by Jelila is really a tool that you can use and continue to use repeatedly, to enhance your life, by engaging with your subconscious mind in a positive way.
Use your own creativity with whatever shows up during the meditation. If any symbols arise which don't make make sense to you, you can ask them questions.
For example if a dwarf should appear you can say to the dwarf 'why are you here what do you represent?' Remember that you can always alter what shows up - and that you can also always call on angels, guides, superheroes, fairies or perhaps on an adult who supported you as a child, or even call on me, or on yourself now, as a supportive character to help you.
