PAST LIFE JOURNEY – HOW CAN YOU ACCESS YOUR PAST LIVES?
My Past Life Journey session is based on NLP Timeline Therapy and is a gentle creative visualisation – like a meditation - that guides you to revisit an event – it can be in this lifetime, or it can be in a past lifetime. The event can be something you know about, or something that you have no awareness of at all.
It can be a deeply traumatic event. Or it can be a seemingly innocuous even mundate but at which you decided some negative things or felt a lot of emotion.
When dealing with deep trauma, which I can, I have ways of making it easier for you. I also mix in my Reprogrammming belief change technique to release a decision you might have made, back then, to release your deep gnarly blocks.
As you follow the simple outline story I’m telling you, in Past Life Journey, you will revisit some past times and resolve some stuck issues and release some old emotions there that have been blocking you up to now – freeing you, for your happy life!
You’ll feel refreshed, relieved, restored, clearer, brighter, and happier!
