Jelila has noticed that most people have a voice saying 'oh it's too hard, what's the point, I'll never succeed' - which becomes a self-fulfilling negative prophecy!

Jelila says 'You absolutely can, and will succeed - if you focus on your goal, commit to it, and stay with it until it's done - which is what 'The Little Sheep' is all about!'

In this playful meditation of The Little Sheep, Jelila gently guides you to get back your positivity and recover (or, discover!) your ability to encourage yourself.
