For example - if your needs to work and get things done are expressed - is that to the exclusion of other parts of you - for example - the part that wants to have a relationship, the one that wants to play - or the one that does yoga and meditates?
Or, is your perceived 'true self' your inner child? Who may feel repressed by the 'inner masculine' - your thinking and doing one?
Helping these parts to resolve deep issues can make them show up in a more open way - more friendly, more constructive and co-operative - and no longer bullying or fearing being repressed by the others.
